About this Community

Completed in 2018, the Steaven K. Jones Supportive Community was the flagship development of TPC Homes’ predecessor organization, FlyawayHomes. Private investors fully financed the nine-unit project, which utilizes innovative modular construction with repurposed shipping containers. The permit process took three months, and construction only seven, with a total development cost of $3.85 million. It currently provides housing and wraparound supportive services for individuals and families who have experienced homelessness.
