Willow Tree

With 100 units of permanent supportive funded through Project Homekey, Willow Tree is our inaugural project developed, managed and serviced under one roof and proves out adaptive reuse as a cost-effective, sustainable method for housing our neighbors transitioning out of homelessness.

By the end of 2027, we aim to:

Provide stable, high-quality homes for over 1,000 individuals

Preserve over 500 units of unsubsidized affordable housing in perpetuity

Prove our model leads to measurable improvements in individual outcomes and project performance
